Maak kennis met de GoPress & Foil van Couture Creations! Het werken met folie is een trend die al langer gaande is, telkens weer verschijnen er innoverende producten waarvan het eind resultaat letterlijk schitterend en zeer professioneel is.

In navolging van de Heidi Swapp Minc en de TODO Multi-Functional Crafting Machine is er nu de GoPress & Foil van Couture Creations. Uitgeroepen tot Best New Product tijdens Creativeworld j.l.

Maar wat maakt dit product nu zo bijzonder en anders dan haar voorgangers? Het antwoord is eigenlijk heel simpel; De GoPress & Foil is te gebruiken in combinatie met vrijwel alle gangbare stans- en embossingsmachines. Of u nu een Cuttlebug of Big Shot heeft, het maakt niets uit. [Niet compatible met de Ebosser-Cut N Boss / Gemini en Trouvaille].

Dit product vervangt als het ware de “basis-plaat” door een nieuwe “basis-plaat” echter met ingebouwd verwarmingselement! U heeft deze warmte nodig om het folie te laten hechten aan het papier. U gebruikt hiervoor ook een Hot Foil Stamp met patroon (design). De folie hecht uitsluitend op de plek van het design.

Het stempelen met folie is nog nooit zo gemakkelijk geweest en het is vrijwel onmogelijk om misdrukken te maken. Een kind kan de was doen!

Er is nog een interessant voordeel; Met de GoPress & Foil kunt u ook gebruik maken van uw bestaande verzameling snijmallen. Door ze als een Hot Foil Stamp te gebruiken. De snijlijnen zullen nu afgedrukt worden in folie. Vervolgens kunt u het design inkleuren met potloden of markers! De mogelijkheden zijn werkelijk onbeperkt!

Wanneer we GoPress & Foil uitpakken komen we de volgende producten tegen: De “basis-plaat” inclusief docking station. De “basis-plaat” is draadloos en dient te worden opgeladen in het docking station.  Uiteraard worden er ook 2 rollen folie meegeleverd. 1 In de kleur zilver en 1 in de kleur goud.

Vervolgens kunt u deze set uitbreiden met Hot Foil Stamps naar eigen keuze.

CHIPBOARD:
Turn on machine
Open lid
Place a thin metal shim on the heat plate
Place foil coloured side down onto metal shim
Place chipboard piece
Close lid and let chipboard heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back
  
THIN CUTTING DIES:
Turn on machine
Open lid
Place cutting side up
Place foil coloured side down
Place card or medium you wish to use
Close lid and let die heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back
  
EMBOSSING WITH FOIL:
Turn on machine
Open lid
Place metal shim on heat plate
Place foil coloured side down
Place card ( size the card to the piece you wish to foil )
Place emboss folder ( embosiing side down )
Place B – Plate
Let the plate combination heat up for 30 seconds
Keep lid open
Wind through once slowly. ( you may need to use a piece of cardstock as extra shim depending on your machine )
  
LETTER PRESS:
No heat required ( don’t turn machine on )
No foil
Place hotfoil stamp on heat pad
Place card or desired medium
Place 2 layers of card stock shim
Close lid and wind slowly through and back
  
LETTER PRESS WITH INK:
No heat or foil required
place ink onto your hotfoil stamp similar to any other stamp and place image side up onto heat palte
Place card
Place 2 layers of card stock shim
Close lid and wind slowly through
  
HOTFOIL STAMPING:
Turn on Machine
Open lid
Place hotfoil stamp onto heat plate
Place foil coloured side down
Place card or other medium
Close lid and let it heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back
  
CUT AND HOTFOIL STAMPS:
Turn on machine
Open lid
Place metal shim #1
Place cut and foil hotstamp sharp edges up
Place hotfoil coloured side down
Place card stock
Place metal shim #2
You may also need an extra card stock shim subject to what machine you use.
Close lid and let it heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back
  
RIBBON AND TEXTILES:
Turn on machine
Open lid
Place hotfoil stamp onto heat pad
Place foil coloured side down
Place ribbon
Close lid
Wind slowly through and back
  
FOILING WITH NORMAL THIN DIES:
Cut “Die Cut’N Bond” and apply to your card stock
Select your normal thin die
Cut in your Go Cut and Emboss die cutting machine ( or any other machine )
Take the card stock out of the die and then peel off the layer that protects the sticky layer
Apply foil
Place into your “Go Press and Foil” machine
Place a metal shim
Close the lid and allow to heat for 20 seconds
Wind slowly through
