Cosmic Shimmer Flake & Glitter Glue. A smooth, fluid adhesive that remains tacky when applies to any craft surface until a medium is fixed to it. Can be applied to a stamp, then stamped onto card stock and covered with glitter. It can also be sponged through masks and stencils. 30ml.
